A : Bilingual therapy groups or
individual sessions. The Centre specialises in
the creative arts therapies, such as
Art Therapy, Art
Therapy on the theme of Sexual Abuse, Drama
Therapy, Music
Therapy
and
Zen
Art
Therapy.

What is your clientele?
A : Adults between 18 and 65 years of
age inclusively (80% south-west sector and 20%
out of sector).
Individuals
living with emotional or psychological
difficulties associated to a specific problem
(ex: isolation, life transitions, abuse, loss,
psychiatric malaise, etc.).

How much do your services cost?
A : Free. A membership card for an
annual fee of $10 is required at the moment of
integration into a service.

What is the frequency of your services?
A :
Weekly. Duration: 2 hours for groups
and 1 hour for individual sessions.

How long does a service last?
A : The majority of our services
begin in the Fall and terminate at the end of
Spring of the following year (9 months).
Some
services are offered during the year. Their
duration can vary between 3 and 6 months.

Do you offer services in the evening?
A : The majority of our
services are offered during the day. However,
depending upon human and financial resources,
it is possible that services are offered in
the evening.

What is the waiting period for your
services?
A : The average waiting period for our services is between six months and one year.

A :
No referral is required.

How can I participate in your services?
A : Our services are by appointment
only. Prior to integration into a service,
each person is invited to an individual
evaluation meeting by a member of the clinical
staff. A person can participate in one service
at a time at the Centre.
